Shannon Vanderwoerd

After I graduated from Capilano University with a diploma in Business Administration, I began my business experience in 1998 with Keg Restaurants as a Dining Room Manager, this is where my passion for customer service began. In 2002, I made the move to a company well recognized for their training, development and business acumen, Starbucks Coffee Canada.

I spent many years growing my skill set with Starbucks Coffee as a District Manager consulting 13-16 stores at any given time. In 2015, I won the company's annual award for Business results in all of Canada.

In 2016, my husband Adam and I put all of my experience to work for ourselves and opened our own Artisan Butcher Shop and 6 months later opened our second location. One year in, we won The Premier's People Choice Award, sponsored by the Ministry of BC, from the BC Small Business Association. If you are looking for a coach that can relate to the pressures that large enterprise and small startup business owner’s alike face, then I am your person. I have a proven track record of business success in the real world. 

I decided to follow my creative career aspirations making entrepreneurship a way of life sharing my experience with others as a business coach.

• Over the years, I have established several businesses in a variety of industries, both as a solopreneur and leading a team.
